Im looking into buying a mountain bike for jumping im not entirly blind to the idea i know how bikes work and whats what.

i just want to know from a more experienced person what a good set up would be.

I'm looking for a dirt jump bike.

Question is what frames do you recommend?

I tink any high end dirt jump mountain bikes by a good company like giant, specialized, trek, khs, norco, gt, kona, gary fisher, would be good enough. I dont know what your price range is but if i could pick any stock dj bike i would go with a norco 4hun or specialized p3. For a custom bike I would get yeti dj frame, maxxis holy roller tires, single speed, rear brake only maybe avid juicy 7's, sun rims/ wheels or mavic rims/ wheels or atom lab wheels maybe are good, marzocchi dj 1 100mm fork, and some truvativ hussfelt cranks/handlebars/headset.
