Show me another »Whats one of the better Road Bicycles to buy in the 300-600 price range?
Will be riding on pavement 90% of the time and up hills. Only looking to spend between 300-600.

Giant OCR's start there. they've got a solid aluminum frame, and even at the low end a decent groupo.

- If u don't mind chromoly frame bikes you shouldn't have a problem finding a good bike w/good components on them. You can pick up maybe not a new aluminum road bike for that amount of money but you more than likely find a late model at a local bike shop. During the late spring or early summer months bike dealers are still getting rid of last years models. You may be able to get a good deal on last years model within that price range. Giant, Cannondale, Specialized and Trek all have great entry-level selections to choose from that fit your riding style.25% 1 Vote
- Save your money and buy a vintage Japanese bike or a Schwinn. Those bikes are indestructible if maintained properly. You can buy them at thrift stores and garage sales for under 500% 0 Votes
